Attention AP Students On your AP exam day, you need to arrive at school 30 minutes prior to the start of your exam. That means 7:30am for a morning exam and 11:30 for an afternoon exam. If you don't get to school early, you will throw everyone off, and you may be barred from taking the exam. BE EARLY!!!


Community Service Community Service forms are due on May 12th and 13th depending on which day you have your bible class. Community Service forms must be turned in to your bible teacher and will not be accepted in the office.

Saturday: Var Volleyball CCS Qtr Finals TBA; Swimming WCAL Finals @ St. Francis 2:00; Track and Field WCAL Finals @ Serra TBA.


Seat Time Time is running out to get your seat time served. Please remember to look only at 2nd semester when figuring out how much seat time you have to serve. Seat time can be done in the library before or after school, or during Saturday school. There are only 2 Saturdays left to serve seat time. If you plan to go to Saturday school you need to pick up a permission slip in the office to attend. Please see Mrs. Schmidt in the office if you have any questions about seat time.


Washington DC? Interested in going to DC to watch the 2008 presidential inauguration? ThereÕs still room on the trip, and weÕre now opening it to students outside the AP Government classes! Come see Mrs. Marshall THIS WEEK. TimeÕs running out to reserve your spot for this historic event, so donÕt wait! All students wishing to join the trip must meet with Mrs. Marshall before signing up online.


Final Show of the Year Tickets are now on sale for the final theatre show of the year, "The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds." The show runs May 15, 16, and 17th and admission is only $5 for students and $7 for adults. Stop by the 4th floor theatre office or the box office in the quad today!


Scribe Magazine Order a copy of this year's SCRIBE from Miss Claypool in room 207. This year's poetry magazine will sell for $5 a copy. You will need to pay in advance and sign up for a copy. Miss Claypool will take orders up to Friday, May 16. If the books arrive after seniors have graduated, they will be mailed to you as soon as they come in.


Cross-Country meeting All students interested in running cross-country next year please attend an informational meeting today at lunch in room 126.


Spanish Club The Spanish Club will meet at lunch this Wednesday May 14 to honor the new members of the National Spanish Honor Society. Come join us as we celebrate their accomplishment with treats and applause. Congratulations to our outstanding Spanish scholars!


For those that applied for Leadership next year For those that applied and interviewed for the 08-09 leadership class please stop by Mr. Smith's room, near the baseball stadium bleachers after school this Friday to acquire further details regarding this class. There will be information available until 3:00 pm.


Math Club Students All math club students invited to May 13 luncheon should meet in Dr. DaughertyÕs office promptly at 12:25 on Tuesday. Turn in your permission slips to Mrs. Smith.


Seniors Want to wear a beautiful lei over your graduation gown? Tell your parents to order it from the band boosters. Only $20. Go to the website at vchsband.net for order information or come to the music office.


Spring Football All Freshman, Sophomore and Junior boys, Spring football begins next Tuesday, May 13th, and will go through Thursday, May 15th. Please be on the football field at 3:00 sharp.
